2. Athlete Participation
Participation in any training, camp, clinic, mentorship, recruiting, or NIL education service is voluntary.
By registering, you acknowledge that:
Basketball and athletic training involve physical activity
Physical activity carries inherent risks
Athletes participate at their own risk
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information for minors
Cherish the Hardwood Collective reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with our values.
3. Program Services
Cherish the Hardwood Collective offers services including but not limited to:
Skill development training
Camps and clinics
Recruiting education
NIL education
Mentorship
Professional athlete consulting
Specific services may have additional terms that apply at registration.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Our programs are designed to educate, develop, and support athletes.
However, we do not guarantee:
team placement
scholarship offers
recruiting opportunities
NIL partnerships
professional contracts
athletic advancement
Success depends on many factors beyond our control, including the athlete’s commitment, performance, academics, and external opportunities.
5. Payments & Billing
Payment is required before participation in any paid service unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing services, you agree to:
current pricing at the time of purchase
payment terms at checkout
any package expiration dates listed at purchase
Cherish the Hardwood Collective reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
6. Package Expiration
Training packages and consulting services must be used within: 6 months from purchase date
Unused sessions after expiration may be forfeited unless an extension is approved in writing.
Extensions may be considered for:
injury
illness
family emergency
other approved circumstances
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued for:
missed sessions
cancellations
unused packages
voluntary withdrawal
Rescheduling may be permitted when:
notice is given in advance
approval is confirmed by our team in writing
Camp or clinic registration fees may be transferred only at our discretion.
8. Media Release
By participating in our programs, you grant Cherish the Hardwood Collective permission to use photos or videos taken during events for:

social media
promotional materials
educational materials
If you prefer not to allow media use, written notice must be provided before participation.
